I was guaranteed a return of 8-week unit 28128EE2 Cell Fusion base and two handsets 28101EE1 accessory, and no joy. The first series bought by Amazon does not allow devices to register and I received a message of lack of RANGE, no matter what I tried. Technical Support for RCA-Thompson asked me to send the defective units in replacement, and when newcomers to the problem was always the same. At times, I passed the windows of 30 days for products returned to the store I had bought, and I have no confidence that RCA will never get that straightened out. I will be junking these and get Xlink Cellular Gateway site, and will never buy another product again Thompson.

I was very surprised when I saw that there was bad reviews about it. Make sure your base is the model 28128EE2 or he will not team with the base. This is a really cool phone. I have my landline, my cell phone and cell phone all connected to my wife whenever we’re home and it works very well. The combination of the phone better than my real cell phone when connected via Bluetooth, and I can keep my phone next to the window of my house where it receives the best reception, (I live in the middle nowhere and the reception is pretty crappy). I highly recommend this phone if you can get it for under $ 100. 00 with 2 or 3 additional handsets. I bought my base and a handset on Ebay and an additional handset here on Amazon and paid a total of $ 80. 00. much in the end.

Not a bad phone. Many options and does exactly what I need it to do. Quite simply talk and annoy others in the house with the intercom. I like the Bluetooth connection as well. No problems and I would recommend this to others.

I had my phone system for about two months and I did drop the connection Bluethooth times. I can easily transfer phone numbers in the address to other handsets using the transfer function. Adding a new phone took place on the base for 10 seconds, it was recorded. I took the battery backup, not a problem for me. I have done if he drops the bluetooth and I need to re-pair the cell. The sound is good and the signal is not in conflict with the WiFi.

Phone system works well. Have bought two units – one for each home and home office – as well as additional handsets. The sound quality is good call, as is the range of Bluetooth, which allows the base unit connected to collect cell phones, even at a reasonable distance. The Bluetooth feature works well, good compatibility with various models of mobile phones (even if only 2 mobile phones can be connected to the base unit at a given time). cellular calls and landline calls can be answered easily and placed via the handsets.
This is not the most elegant of all wireless phones, but offers more features than most ( including Bluetooth connectivity) and it works. The only technical drawback is that the answering callers sometimes cut prematurely independently adjusting the length of the message.
